Freestanding Open Fireplace with a Built-in Wood Storage
Freestanding fire places can heat an entire house when placed in the middle of the lower level. They take advantage of the heat transmission via vents that can be installed in the floors of the rooms above the stove. Heat is distributed from all sides of the fireplace and is not lost to the nearby masonry because the fireplace is not installed in or to a wall. A built-in design with a brick chimney emits 10% less heat than an exposed flue within a room.
A freestanding stove may be put almost anywhere you choose because it isn’t attached to your current fireplace space. The classic or modern design of these stoves also makes them a wonderful fit for a range of interiors. Renovation costs won’t increase, and installing the fireplace is a quick and easy process. Additionally, moving it requires little post-repair work.

The flue installation pathway is either straight up through the roof above the fireplace, straight up and out via the wall below ceiling height, or out the back of the fireplace and via the wall to the outside.
Models are available in double skin 3mm mild steel and coated with a heat-resistant matt black paint finish. This freestanding open fireplace heats up your living space quickly by way of convection and radiation. Convection means the fireplace draws cold air from the bottom and releases hot air at the top of the fireplace. Radiation refers to heat that radiates from the hot fire as well as the heated metal surfaces of the firebox.

This Fireplace comes complete with a 3.6m flue pipe, ceiling plate, and standard rotating cowl & base.
